Private Residence at the northeastern suburbs of Attica (2012)

The environment, view, orientation and the terrain model were significant factors that determined this project. The concept, the planning, the infrastructure and a high-end control system of the installations of the building lead to a qualitative everyday life.

From the preliminary study to the design of the steel bearing structure that covers the swimming pool, Pepy Tsalla planned and supervised this project till the very last detail.
